Most Beautiful is a platform for discovering, sharing, and voting on beautiful places. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, and descriptions you upload. By posting content on Most Beautiful, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and in marketing materials related to Most Beautiful.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at contact@mostbeautiful.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Beauty Scores and rankings
Beauty Scores are computed algorithmically from community votes and other signals. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute endorsements of any place or business.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to manipulate rankings through artificial voting, scrape the platform without permission, impersonate other users, or use the Service in any way that could harm Most Beautiful or its community.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@mostbeautiful.com.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
